Pregnancy calendar
These are calendar reference points, not an appointment schedule or a statement of what care applies to you.
What this estimate means
An estimated due date is a reference point, not a prediction of the exact day labor will begin. The standard last-period calculation uses 280 days, or 40 weeks, from the first day of the last menstrual period. Pregnancy dating may be confirmed or revised by the maternity care team using clinical information and ultrasound.
Use the due date established by your obstetric clinician or midwife for medical decisions. This calculator is educational and does not provide medical advice.
